" Pretty in Pink"

- I am really putting some use into my coastal scents 88 palette !

* Products Used : Coastal Scents 88 shimmer palette *

1st - Apply eye base
2nd - take the very bright pink and apply all over lid. 4 from right,2 up.
3rd- take the bronze colour and apply in crease. 2 from left,4 up.
4th - take the purple with your pencil brush and draw a v shape. then blend it out with your blending brush. 4 from right.
5th - Apply the light cream shade on brow bone for your highlight. 2nd colour down on the left.
6th - Apply ligquid eyeliner on top lash line, and apply black mascara to top lashes.
7th - Apply black eyeliner on waterline !

wow, my eyebrows look kinda crazy.

Anywhoo, thats the look i did today!
Products Used were the Coastal Scents 88 Ultra Shimmer Palette !

1st - Apply Eyebase !
2nd - Apply the Orange all over lid. row 3 from the right,3 down.
3rd - Apply the Red half way going out on your lid. row 3from the right, 4 up.
4th - Take a crease brush and take the bright red and apply all over crease. Row 3 from the right,1st on the bottom.
5th - Apply light pinkish/yellow on your brow bone as the highlight. 1st row on the left,3 down.
6th - Apply Liquid eyeliner on top lashline. ( I prefer black )
7th - Apply Mascara on top lashes. ( I also prefer black here )
8th - Apply black liner on waterline. ( optional )

DONE :]

1st - Apply eyeshadow base.
2nd - Apply a blueish purple over lid. Middle Line,2nd up.
3rd - Apply A light purple lavender colour over top of the first colour. 4 from the right,4 down.
4th - Apply bright pink on crease and blend. 5 from the right, 2 up.
5th - Apply the Lavender colour again over that pink on the crease and blend.
6th - Apply black liquid eyeliner over your top lash line.
7th - Apply Black Mascara on your top lashes.
8th - Apply Black eyeliner on your waterline!

DONE :]

3rd - Apply Oranage on outter half of lid. 3rd row from the right,2nd down.
4th - Take a red-orange and put in the crease and blend! 3rd row from the right,4th from the bottom.
5th - Apply black liquid eyeliner on top lashes
6th - Apply black eyeliner on waterline.
7th - Apply Black Mascara!

"Sea Green"

Products used: Coastal Scents 88 ultra shimmer palette.

1st - eye base.
2nd - Lime green all over lid. 3rd row from the left,and 3 down.
3rd - take the foam green and blend it in the crease. 3rd row from the left,2 up.
4th - take the black in the right corner and make a V, then blend it through the foam green in the crease.
5th - take the lightest green 3rd row from the left,1st on top. and use it as a highlighter on your brow bone and in the inner tearduct.
6th - take the foam green again and put under bottem lashes.
7th- use any liquid linder you have and line your top lashes.
8th - Black eyeliner on your water line.\

DONE!

The Fat Smash Diet

This is a new diet i have found,and am starting to try as of today! anyone who would like to join in and try this out,feel free! Actually i challenge you to try it! It is sopposed to be a fast & easy way to loose weight. Just follow the guidelines !

1. Phase I - Detox - This phase lasts 9 days. In this phase you will eat mostly fruits and vegetables. The idea is to cleanse your body of junk and you eliminate things like alcohol and caffeine. By increasing fruits and vegetables you increase the body's ability to cleanse itself on the cellular level. You can eat all the fruits & veggies you want except white potatoes and avocados. You also can have the following: legumes/beans & tofu, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 cups of brown rice, 2 cups low fat or 1% milk, 2 6oz yogurts and 4 egg whites (eggbeaters) only water & 2 cups of herbal tea to drink. You also get a very limited amount of olive oil dressing to use. This Phase lasts for 9 days.

2. Phase II - Foundation - This phase lasts 3 weeks. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I, except you will reintroduce lean meats. Phase 2 is for 3 weeks and you keep everything you are eating in phase I & add in most protein meat chicken turkey fish (except pork), 1 whole egg add unsweetend ceral, 1 oz of cheese, coffee 1 10 oz cup & 2 diet pops a day come back.

3. Phase III - Construction - This phase lasts 4 weeks. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I & II except you will reintroduce whole wheat pasta and bread. Phase 3 4 weeks: increase the amounts of protein, adds ff mayo & peanut butter, 2 whole eggs, 3 cups of lf milk now & 1.3 oz of lf/ff cheese, 2 cups of freshly squeezed juice & whole grains bread 4 slices a day, 1 cup of pasta and 1 desert serving per day.


4. Phase IV - The Temple - This phase is for life. In this phase you eat the same foods as phase I,II, & III. In addition to those foods, you can eat some white starches (ie. white rice, potatoes) as well as have a couple of glasses of wine or beer each week. Phase 4 for life every food you want come back including alcohol & all sweets/chips everything. the idea is your able to now handle a snack or high fat meal & go back to your regular good habits you have learned to retrain your body with.


So here's the list of authorized foods for the first nine days. Basically, if it's not on here, you can't have it. This nine-day period is called Detox (although I don't necessarily believe in detox, but that's another subject. That's just what this is called).

Authorized foods:
-Fruit in any quantity
-Veggies in any quantity except:
-No white potatoes
-No avocados
-Protein sources:
-Chickpeas
-Beans
-Tofu
-Lentils
-Brown rice, two cups of cooked rice per day
-Skim milk, two cups per day
-Water
-Oatmeal, one cup per day
-Herbs and spices
-Low fat yogurt, 6 oz., two times per day
-Egg whites, Four cups per day
-Herbal tea, two cups per day
-Low fat dressing, No more than three tablespoons per salad
-Low fat virgin olive oil, one or two teaspoons if grilling veggies

Acai Berry / Hydroxycut Tablots !

Hey Guys !
Sorry, i havent been keeping up with my blogging lately BUT im backk! :]
Okay, so i have heard some good reviews about Acai Berry and Hydroxycut Tablots and i was really wanting to try them. I am still currently using Hip Hop abs, and yes it is great and i love it, BUT im not loosing the weight fast enough. I am really wanting to loose about 20 pounds by June. With Hip hop Abs i am loosing about 1-2 inches per week but it isnt enough right now. Im loosing inches but no actual weight. Yes, i know it takes time to loose weight,etc. But i was just wondering if anyone has used Acai Berry or Hydroxycut, or known anyone who has? Id like some Personal Opinions and/or experiences about them!
I know a few people who has used this and worked great,they lost the weight, and once they stopped taking them actually kept the weight off, so thats great :]
