Hip Hop Abs Review !

Hey everyone !
i know this really dont have alot to do with beauty BUT it does have alot to do with fitness and your appearence so here it goes.
I have ordered Hip Hop Abs by Shaun T, and i have been using it for 5 days so far. I do NOT use the eating guide because for me its physically impossible. I do not eat veggies at all. I do not like any of them except for patato and the eating is bascailly all veggies. So i just cut out ALL junk food. I dont eat any chips,bars,candies,or pepsi/cokes. I drink only water and try to eat actual meals instead of junk food. In these 5 days i have lost 2 1/2 inches off my waist and hips. which is AWSOME ! i am SO happy.
The workouts really do work! They are really fun to do and are not boring. Shaun T is very motivating and keeps you moving and dont let you quit! i actually look forward to doing them. The tilt,tuck,tighten move is pure genius! BEWARE though, the day after you do the first workout you will be SORE SORE SORE! My everything hurt BUT that means its working right? right :]

  1. I have to buy this now! If you've cut out junk food what do you eat now instead? Because all I eat all day is crisps and chocolate, I'm not sure what I would replace that with! Also do you do the dvd every day?

  2. i just eat actual meals. cut out all swweets. but you dont have to. just limit yourself take a quarter of what you used to take. and yes i do this everyday, its actually great fun.
